My experience went from bad to worse almost as soon as I walked in. However, one amazing lady came to my rescue. She fixed and upgraded my room, was personally available for anything I may need. She was super patient and made my experience the BEST! I would definitely go back simply because of Ms. Stacey. She was kind, professional, funny and accommodating. THANK YOU MS. STACEY! These 5 stars are truly for you. 🥰🙂

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel"The hotel surpassed all my expectations! The staff was welcoming and accommodating right from the moment we checked in. Any issues we had the staff and Stacy took care off our need. Oh lets not forget the indoor pool which was totally awesome. Dog friendly was the most important. Only issue they need a ice machine. I definatly reccommend a stay at the Boutique.

This place is very accommodating and everyone is cordial and peaceful. There’s no loud noises and overall it’s the best most affordable hotel in Texarkana. If you’re needing to get away be alone without emptying your bank account, this is the right place To check into and rest your pretty little heads. So come on out there’s more than enough space. Hope to see you Soon. Happy holidays to everyone and a happy new year as well.

Absolutely fantastic stay from start to finish. The hotel was spotless, comfortable, and very welcoming, but the real highlight was Moses at the front desk. He greeted us with a warm smile every time we walked in, handled check‑in and questions effortlessly, and went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed. His professionalism and kindness truly elevated our experience, and thanks to Moses, this is a place we will gladly return to and recommend to others.
